Laugh...and the world laughs with you

Hello again. I was inspired  for this lo after receiving my last scrapbooking memories mag. There was an article on creating sunbursts by Gail Lindner. I really love her style and thought a sunburst would suit this photo of my son and aunt. I can't help but smile everytime I look at this photo - they just look so darn happy! :D 

(And of course I have also included a chevron bag from greatest view so thanks x2 Gail)

A Grand Adventure..

Hi All, hope you have had a lovely weekend. The weather here has been glorious. My ds had his first footy game on Saturday. He was captain for the first game, which he was very excited about & also got man of the match. Love that beautiful smile they have when all is right in their world :)
Anyway, this is my offering for the sketch challenge over at Scrapfriends from when he was a little younger...

Christmas 2004 - Creative Scrappers challenge #225

ok, so by the title you can see that I am only a little bit behind in my scrapping ;). However, in my defence, I don't scrap in any chronological order. For a little while now I have just picked up a photo and made myself scrap it rather than pick it up, put it back, over & over. That way I can't waste any more time than I already do hehe!
This one if for the challenge #225 over at Creative Scrappers. I think I am procrastinating less with my lo's and this one I didn't turn the sketch or anything so finished it fairly quickly once I got started.

  

You can't see it in the picture but the doilies are also sprayed with Mister Hueys shine to make them sparkle.
